Mark Banham & Philip Ross offers a diverse set of skills to ensure the best real estate experience. Licensed as a realtor since 1992, Mark brings a solid background in real estate combined with previous expertise as the manager of a Santa Fe design firm, which he help build into a multi-million dollar business.  Starting his career in real estate, Philip obtained his license in 1984 before ultimately bringing his expertise to Santa Fe.

Mark’s passion for real estate, style and design, together with great business sense, connects people to properties that are right for them. Whether a seller or buyer, you’ll appreciate his attention to detail, negotiating skills, and experience for helping you visualize and achieve your real estate goals. “I love what I do,” Mark says. ’’ It’s not about just making a living, it’s about getting to the core of what client’s want, and the pleasure of making it happen.” Mark grew up in Tulsa, and has lived in Santa Fe since 1998. When not assisting buyers and sellers, he enjoys hiking with his yellow lab, Maddie, or spending time in the garden.

After successful completion as Managing Broker and Director of Operations at Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate, Philip joined the sales team at Prudential. “I moved to Santa Fe from Dallas, Texas, where I was Director of Operations for a leading Dallas real estate agency. I got my start in my family’s real estate business – my father owned and managed a real estate firm in Dallas for over 30 years.”

Born and raised in Texas, Philip was drawn to Santa Fe for its scenic beauty. As a long-time resident of a major city, “I have found Santa Fe to be the ideal mix of big-city culture and small-town manageability.”

In 2007 Mark & Philip formed The Banham Ross Group. After four successful years of working together, they have won numerous awards and have been consistently recognized as leaders in their field. In 2011 they were very excited to have had the opportunity to join Barker Realty. A highly respected, locally owned and medium sized company by design, they recognized this was a platform where they could best showcase their talents while further serving their clients.
